I was pleased with the hotel's location as it was very close to a night market and day market, offering a great opportunity for exploration. The service provided by the staff was fantastic, being helpful and accommodating. However, the dining options were limited, and there were some concerns about the pricing of certain services.
Rooms

The rooms, though small, were nicely decorated and provided a comfortable stay. The small couch was an extra bonus for my son to sleep on. However, the sound isolation was not good, and I was occasionally disturbed by noise from neighbors.

The hotel is located in the heart of Chiang Mai Old City, making it convenient to explore the area. The rooms are small and somewhat dingy, especially on the ground floor, but the location compensates for it. The service was a bit inconsistent with some issues in communication and room allocation. The dining options are basic, suitable for a quick bite. The location is perfect for sightseeing and exploring the vibrant city.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were comfortable but a bit damp and lacking design touches, the service was very accommodating and helpful. The location was excellent, right in the middle of Chiang Mai, but there were some noise issues from an outside water pump at night. The dining options were good, although there were some extra charges incurred. Overall, a decent stay with a few ups and downs.
